Subway

My husband and I went to this subway this morning and we both will never go to this location again. The girl behind the counter was eating when we got there, which was fine, but from the moment we walked in we felt super rushed. She cut out bread terribly. Threw the ingredients on. And when another customer, who seemed to be a regular, came in, his coffee order took priority over our sandwiches. Both of our sandwiches were mostly bread, barely any other ingredients and they were toasted too long since the coffee guy came in during the toasting process. We got them to-go and both had to reassemble our sandwiches when we got home. Had to add more spinach/onions/tomatoes/salt/pepper and I didn't even eat he whole thing because it was so toasted. I go to subway almost every week. I love their rotisserie chicken but wow never again will I go to this one. The lady should be talked to/reprimanded and they should clean up their act.

Food is just fine, but twice I've used promo coupons and twice the guy at the register (owner I think) slips in extra charges to get you close to full price. Both times he didn't provide a receipt. I'm a small biz owner myself so I sympathize with the need to make money, but that's not how you do it. Good luck and change your approach guys. I'll try you again next year.

Customer service is horrible- they do not carry all of the ingredients that all franchised locations are required to have. Their hours not only do not match what's online but they also don't match what's on the door. Prime example of a small business cutting the wrong corners and sacrificing customer service.
