Starbucks

Scored the luckiest pit stop here today. While in dire need of coffee and a little sun tired, Bolton greeted us with the brightest and warmest of welcomes. As we stumbled our way through ordering, Bolton met us with abundant patience. Didn’t know what I wanted, so I asked for Bolton’s favorite (pictured, it’s delicious!) The experience was refreshing before we even purchased our refreshments, rejuvenating my love for Starbucks employees everywhere. Thank you for your hard work and service 💪💚

I visited this Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy. Drive through only available and a line of cars stretched to the street, however, the line moved quickly and my order was perfect. From the window I could see 5 or 6 staff inside working to fill orders. The server was chatty and friendly. It was a good experience!

Worst service ever , last Sunday I when inside the store something I never do, but when I actually decide to I left my wallet there. Loosing the wallet with $900 inside wasn’t my disappointment witch is still a lot of money but the way I was treated by so called the manager on duty, she or he white male was so un-thoughtful The way she treated me and walked away from me with no respect or concern was not fare My coworkers and I buy coffee there every morning I was asking for some consideration and Sympathy Had to call corporate witch still has not giving me any response and file a police report for next time try to be more considerate and treat you people/customer like you really want to be treated in life

Enjoyed going to Starbucks with my son to treat us for a long day! Nice friendly drive-thru attendant and a sweet barista girl. My order somehow got conpletely botched, yet my son's was on point. Not the end of the world, though. Talked with the sympathetic supervisor, Taylor, and he got everything straight! He went above and beyond and is great with people!

Was very unsatisfactory, I ordered dragon drink, the guy didn’t understand because he did very fast my order, when I got thru the window to get my drink I said This is not what I ordered, he is very rude with me, his name is Andrew, I think he need to put more attention, i buy the same thing every single day !

Got hot chocolate and thought I was crazy because the cup was so light. Opened the lid and it was barely half full. Went back in and was met with attitude. Then given the same cup back. It was too cold so I called it a day, but best believe I won’t donate $3 again. If im ever given that amount of drink again it’s either a refund or they will get it right until they learn how to fill my cup up with what I paid for. For $3 on a cup of milk they weren’t paying for, the attitude was unnecessary, and I love Starbucks hot chocolate. I’ve only ever had a problem at this location.
