Went back to this Firehouse today, and all is well now. The general manager is a peach, and made sure everything was right, and she didn't want to charge me anything. I told her I wasn't going to leave until she charged me for at least for the turkey bacon ranch and the mac & cheese. I fed my family well, and am happy. We will continue to patronize this fine place, mainly because of the good lady who is in charge. Her daughter-in-law is a photographer, and works 2 jobs. Good folks these are.

The two people that were working when I went in where very friendly and double checked the details of my order twice because they were worried my sandwich would fall apart the way I requested it.

Worst Firehouse location I’ve ever been to. No one else there, waited 25 min to get a Turkey bacon ranch that was missing 4 of the ingredients it comes with (lettuce tomato, onion and ranch.. Won’t be back

Ordered online and the order was ready at the stated time. Friendly employees. Easy to get to, as there is a traffic light at the entrance. There's a coffee shop next door of you want coffee with your meal.

We always enjoy coming to this place. If Sunday, then it's Firehouse! After church this is our first stop on our way home. Never really left disappointed. ALL their subs are super delicious. Haven't tried the cookies yet, however I found their brownie a little dry and crumbly instead of moisture and fresh, but maybe there are others out the who like it exactly the way Firehouse sells them.

Good food but they didn't have enough brisket for a larger sandwich end up with a 4 inch versus a 6".
