We’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a few months now because we like the friendly staff and efficiency of service.
HOWEVER, when we went today we were very surprised by our coffee orders. We went in and placed our order. When we received our grande PSLs we noticed that the cup felt light. Turns out they didn’t fill it to the top. Very disappointed to see that given how much money we spend here.

the mobile order system sucks!
i mobile order bevause i don’t like to talk to the workers. but i saw my EMPTY bag with my name and order on it just waiting there?? i waited for thirty minutes.. bro i just want a chocolate croissant. i was too scared to say anything but why put an empty bag? THATS what confuses me! like just put my food in it.. wha?

Been here twice this week at opening and literally threw away both of my coffees (I'm not the type of person who asks to remake it - I rather complain on the Internet). Unfortunate waste of money. Not only is the espresso clearly not dialed in properly they keep mixing my shaken espresso which should just have the oat milk sitting on top and it makes me unreasonably frustrated for some reason.

For a place so strict about masks, they don't keep the place clean at all.
The tables had trash on them, bits of food.
Also very rude service.
The man serving me covered his name on his apron when I asked.
He was downright rude when I had a simple question about what was in a drink.
This isn't the first time I've had a rude encounter with someone at this location.
Make sure you hire the appropriate people for the job.
These people act like they transferred from the McDonald's next door.

All of workers are absolutely lovely! I have been going to this starbucks for around seven years and this location has always been my favorite. The drinks are usually always made perfectly; if not the staff is very helpful in correcting the order. They care about providing a quality product as quickly as possible, and hold that promise true even when extremely busy.
