We were so hungry for something fresh. So we saw Zoe’s Kitchen on Hwy 92 Woodstock Rd, was fresh Mediterranean food. I’d never been before. It was a Sunday around 2:29. My hubby & I had Broccoli cheese soup and platter of Rustic Lamb Pita. The platter was suppose to be lamb & beef meatballs with mediterranean relish, cabbage, feta & dill. I’m sorry to say we had no clue from when the meatballs had been left over. One can’t tell which meatball was lamb or beef. Perhaps they are grounded together. They were so tough & dry you needed the knife to cut through them and even with a knife they were so tough I personally could not eat them. I had to give them a star because the girl who took our order was so sweet that we tipped her after she brought our food outside to the patio. Another star because they have a nice outdoor patio & it was very clean. If the food were fresh perhaps the barely occupied restaurant would have been packed. I’m sorry to say I would never try any other Zoe’s Kitchen for ten bucks a platter that’s not palpable. Food I can’t eat no matter how hungry I am.

Ordered from door dash, usually have a good experience but our order got routed to this location instead of our usual one. We got two lamb pitas and the texture of the lamb was weird, a bit squishy, well that's because it was almost totally raw, just barely cooked on the outside. It wasn't pink or anything so I guess it was either seasoned pretty heavily or just hit the oven for barely long enough to change color. I haven't gotten sick yet but my boyfriend already ran to the bathroom. Either way we're definitely only going back to our regular location. I'm not the first review to complain about raw food here.

Wanted to give a special shout out to this place. Management always takes care of me here. I like a menu item that was discontinued about 2-3 years ago and the manager here still allows them to make it. That is my favorite dish here and honestly Zoe’s is great but without that dish I’d probably go elsewhere. So thank you to Ryan for always taking care of me and keeping me coming back!

I love Zoe’s Kitchen! My brother in law is a district manager for locations in North Carolina, and I frequently go to Zoe’s for lunch. Today was my first experience at this location. The front of the house staff were extremely nice. The back of the house staff appeared to be very distressed and poorly managed as I could overhear their conversations about the stresses they were dealing with. Not only that, but we waited over 30 minutes, close to 45 minutes, just to be told we would have to wait another 15 minutes for our food as well as them being out of shrimp and salmon (both part of our order) and other things. We were not informed at the time of ordering that those items were not on hand at that moment. There was very little communication between the front and back of the house. We received a refund due to not wanting to wait the additional 15 minutes after waiting for so long already and then having to change part of our order because they were out of shrimp and salmon. I kindly asked the young man at the front counter to speak to his manager and was told THERE IS NO MANAGER ON DUTY! Like, what!?!? I honestly feel so bad for the employees who literally had to fend for themselves during a lunch rush with no manager. I’m not sure if I will ever return to this location after my experience today.

We really like the fresh and tasty plates that this made to order restaurant serves up. It's a little bit pricey compared to other options, averaging 10 to $15 per person, but you get fresh, high quality ingredients. The current staff at this location struggles a bit with accuracy. We have gone there 3 or 4 times in the last month and each time at least one part of our order has been wrong, or missed entirely. Either the kitchen or the food runners are not paying close enough attention to the details. Fixing this one shortcoming would make this place a five star for me.

To start with, I ordered pickup on website at 7:25 PM and my order completion time was 7:45. I went to store at 7:35 and they had my order completed and gave to me at 7:40. So positive with prep time and customer service. Food was very nicely packed and additional sides came in separate containers. Excellent job with packing. The main part food was excellent. Food was hot and tasty. I had great experience and will be adding this place to my weekly visit list.

Bailey Ellis & Ryan Rowe were so nice! I had an issue with my order yesterday & could not eat the food due to an allergy. Not only did Bailey replace my full order, he refunded my money. They went above & beyond. This location is clean & the the food was delicious, as usual!

I've always enjoyed the menu at Zoe's Kitchen but I think the quality has gone down. The pesto hummus was more "somewhat pesto-flavored hummus." Not nearly as fresh and flavorful as it used to be. The tomato soup was lukewarm and meh. It used to be bolder but this time it was blah. I doubt I would order either of these items again. I had the impression corners have been cut to save cost. I understand the pandemic has caused huge hardships ... especially in the food industry ... but I would think twice about going back. The food wasn't bad, it was just mediocre. That's a shame as I have always had very positive experiences in the past. However, I don't wish to venture out for mediocre food.
