Hands down, the best and most authentic Thai food that is AMAZING. I live in NYC but am from the area and literally every time I come home to visit, this is either stop #1 or 2. The staff is warm and kind. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had - and I’ve been to Thailand half a dozen times.
Must have: Cashew Nut Chicken. To die for and all I usually ever order.
Also has a great outdoor patio for warm evenings.

My family has been going to Thai Emerald for over 15 years. This place never disappoints; the food is amazing and the service is always friendly. You have to try the cashew nut chicken, it is perfectly sweet, spicy and always fresh. We always stop in whenever we are in town.

We had lunch here and thought the cashew chicken with pineapple fried rice and the chicken pad thai were very tasty! Really really good! The Tom Kai soup was not what I was used to. So that is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Enjoyed my dinner, loved everything we ordered. It gets busy fast so plan ahead as there aren't a lot of tables. Recommend the papaya salad and basil duck. IMO probably the best thai food in Roswell.

Love this restaurant! Have dined in and have gotten take out several times. The Thai Green Curry is my favorite. The vegetables are always fresh and never over cooked or soggy. The ambiance inside is surprisingly so intimate and romantic. There are candles on every table and in the nicer evenings, they have a gorgeous outdoor patio with string lights. Definitely a nice option outside of the hustle and bustle of Canton St.

Best Thai around. Wife loved chicken curry. Brother said coconut soup best ever. I got special shrimp with 3 sauce. Very good. Very good experience. By 6 restaurant was filing up so it's not a secret.

My fave Thai Restaurant! Never had a bad meal… or service! Noi the owner is a wonderful person with a gift of showing customers lots of attention. Been going there since day 1!

Very excited to visit again. I love thai emerald. Everyone here are so friendly and very kind. Food are always great. Definitely would love to visit again the next time we in town. 😊
