Ordered ahead and received cold coffee that they tried to dress up. Woman at the window was rude and the girl next her wearing a brown fuzz jacket decided to scratch her self under her shirt and serve food! Disgusting!!!!!!

Came here last week and had terrible service and food… but thought maybe it was just a bad day for the store so I wasn’t mad about it. Then I come back today and had the same terrible service. The picture on the left were supposed to be 2 of the exact same drinks. The bagel order was “extra toasted with extra cream cheese”… as you can tell that’s not what I got.

I love this place,but the whole purpose of spending my money will be to receive fresh donuts at all times❗😒 when I first started going my donuts was always soft and fresh ,now they be kind of dry & hard❗ But when fresh they melt in your mouth,so delicious!😊 I just find myself hoping for fresh donuts these last few times I have gone!

This was the first time I've had a Matcha Latte at DD. It's was the worst Matcha Latte I ever!!! This location gave me a Matcha Latte so fast, I was impressed with at how quickly I got it but it was too good to be true.. They did a terrible job at blending as you can tell from the picture. I spent a few mintues trying to mix it but I couldn't. Worse part was it absolutely had no flavor to it and tasted like straight milk.. I'm not exaggerating..

The donuts weren't all that great and fresh. Even my local spot at Puff Cream Doughnut Plus and Mojo Monkey taste ten times better and fresher and bang for your bucks. My cappuccino was only 30% filled with actual cappuccino, the rest was filled with nasty foam. So to the Asian girl who made this, nice try. But this is unacceptable.

Waited for the "new place" buzz to die down before trying it out and they were still fairly busy. Even with a line to the door they worked quickly and didn't rush us when it was our time to order.
So far I've tried cold bee coffee, iced green tea, several different pastries, and a breakfast sandwich. All fresh and al delicious.

I absolutely love dunkin donuts. They did mess up my order but they were super nive about it and made md a brand new one! Super cheap coffee for more than you woyld get anywhere else! Also their donuts are amazingly good!
