Kroger

This place is GHETTO! They constantly have discrepancies in the prices on the shelves vs what is actually charged at checkout, they are consistently understocked of several staple products, they consistently have issues with digital coupons that have been clipped but not taken off at the checkout, and this stores staff is generally rude, unhelpful, and lazy. Betty at the customer service desk is the worst, she not only doesn't seem to know what she is doing very well but she is rude and slow. Assistant Mgr with a mustache (can't remember name) is horrible, he said I cannot threated to call corporate to make complaints on the staff, umm isn't that what the name tags are for dummy? LOL! Finally, the bottle room is closed more than it is open. It's true that the staff here is mediocre, but the management must really be lackluster to have this location running into the ground so badly!

This really used to be a great store to visit, now its terrible. The managers do not care, when you walk into the store, you can never tell who is in charge. I asked an employee today when will the service desk be open again, I was told I don't know in an nasty way. She was rude and short. One of many incidents with rude employees at this store.

Would be useful if customer service was open. The whole reason I came out of my way to this location was an issue with my last visit. And now I'll have to return another day when employees actually are working Update: came back out of My way to be told because my coupon Expired, they won't help me. Even thoughi called the day it expired and was told it would be no problem. Don't come here unless you want to be lied to or have a desire to deal with rude service desk staff.

I always root for Kroger first before any other grocery store. Where they are located is not the best. They also arnt always in stock of everything you need. I do see them getting better the last two months. Also have camera in parking lot now to. Which makes me feel safer. Overall not to bad just need to watch and keep up with store.
