I got the number 7 with an Oreo milkshake. It was so good. The cheese melted in my mouth. The bacon was the perfect amount of crisp. I come here often. It’s a hit or miss here but today, it was perfect.

A couple complaints their tiny pancakes were cooked too long or under a heat lamp too long. The pancakes were not soft and tender like they usually are. That was my first visit to that location. The eating area could have been cleaner. However, the other items were very good.

Delicious food and great friendly service, it was nice and cool inside the Restaurant and it was clean and smelled so good too...
I have to give them 5 ⭐'s y'all
"If you go to Rosenberg stop by JNB and get some of their delicious foods like (The Ultimate with 2 tacos and curly fries Munchie meals with a regular drink for $10 dollars y'all)
YES y'all heard me all that for $10 dollars it's the Munchie Meals box they have 4 or 5 different options to choose from and add the Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges you won't regret it 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁🥳

I've eaten at this location multiple times, most of the time it is good, but sometimes the food can come out cold or it looks like it's been ran over by a tow truck. The last time I had food from here was on 7/18/23 just going thru the drive thru...all we had was a couple tacos, but I have to say that they were not cold and they were not soggy....so good job JIB team!

The two gentleman working the night shift need a raise. They knocked it out of the park when it comes to customer service. Thanks guys. Food was messed up, but I took it back the following morning, manager had a friendly demeanor and they gladly replaced everything.

Ordering was super quick with very nice staff, food was a bit lacking with main order getting wrong, but fixed for free by the nice staff, ordered burger with white cheese and egg, mom said there was mayo but didn’t taste any, sisters mini pancakes were a bit hard, but once again fixed by nice staff. Staff is very nice, just need to fix ordering and food.

Absolutely a family themed restaurant to visit where everyone will eventually know your name! The food already speaks for itself, but when it is backed by employees aka Family...you.gotta revisit even its for a cup of water or coffee. Like one of Houston's favorite rap artists said,"Love it Mane!"
