The mango lychee boba was delicious 😋 The volcano burger was definitely not done medium rare like I asked but very well dryish. The burger itself was alright and wasn’t very spicy did not care for it. The zinger chicken was much better though more meat and less breading would of made it better pretty thin patty and the fries were soggy

I've been placing large orders every week for the past 2-3 months and the quality and consistentcy is bad. Undercooked food, sandwiches aren't made right, the packaging they use prematurely fails, missing items, etc. I tried to overlook the mistakes but yesterday was the final straw. Again, the fried chicken was undercooked, still pink/red in the middle, and once again I was missing a sandwich. Getting a refund over the phone for the missing sandwich was also a hassle and I'm not quite sure I'll receive it because the manager/owner was clueless. I didn't mind paying the high prices because they serve halal meat but it's no longer worth it.

Crooks, charged me zinger burger with fries, after coming home noticed no fries with the burger, I called to confirm why no fries, initially he refused to accept, afterwards he said we might be busy that’s why we forgot to add fries to your order, instead of apologizing he is rude to me, asking me to come for refund for fries. He knows nobody will comeback for $3 fries refund. Stay away from this kind of crooks. It’s my mistake I didn’t open the bag and check my order. I made video of this order and forwarded in my WhatsApp groups. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Even after complaining 3 times of rotten brugers there is no improvement, again i got the rotten and this time the chicken is also completely burnt. It's just a waste of money and time, we drive all the way 15 miles to especially for your store expecting an improvement after feedback but you people cheated again. Completely useless staff wasting the customers time and money, how can you do this everytime ? Really Shameless people you all are at Mr.Broast Rosemont store.. how can you cheat your customers repeatedly 😑

I had been there before the makeover and the food was good, quick and inexpensive. When I walked in recently, it looked like they were trying to appeal to a more trendy, upscale crowd. The prices are now considerably higher and the menu is now more focused on boba tea than gyros and burgers. I stood at the entrance for 10 minutes as they answered phone calls, telling the people ordering that it would be at least half an hour and then I walked out. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

The Zinger is outstanding. We stopped in just before heading to a show, I ordered the zinger. We waited about 10 minutes for the food after we ordered, I was told it would take about 15 minutes because they were busy so it was faster than expected. The food was hot, Fresh and very tasty. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, it was our first time there and he explained the menu choices to us. He brought this place up to 4 stars for his kindness. Good food, good service. It’s a bit pricey but what isn’t nowadays.

Extremely hard working staff. Nothing but respect for these people. I pick up for Uber and dd from this place a lot and there is almost never a wait. No matter how busy they are. The staff in the morning are often working at night. I’ve tried their food a few times and it’s usually very well portioned and delicious. No complaints Message to owner : I hope you pay these people well. They serve you very well and this is easily the best restaurant at this shopping center because of them.
