The hot coffee lid wasn’t on so 1/2 the coffee spilled. Both cold brews had barely any butter pecan and 1 cold brew had no cream (which was what we asked for) and was even printed on the cup. Seemed like the order was simple but didn’t get what we ordered. I’d hate to see what happens with a difficult order. Probably gonna use a different Dunkin.

Indoor seating area is closed and drive-thru service only at 3pm on a afternoon where the temperature is over 90°F. Would have liked to sit down and enjoy a cold coffee...

Absolutely amazing! By far the best Dunkin I have been to. They are ALWAYS polite, greet you each time, and get my order perfect! I will pass 3 dunkin's in my area to come to this location for the experience. Luckily it is the closest to my work :).

This place is 5 mins from my job. So far they have been great. Drive thru is fast and they have gotten my order right everytime so far. I use my app so contact less. A great selection of donuts. Restroom was clean and tidy.

I tried this place already with a friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoyed the good vibes and fresh food and drinks. I recommend this place.

I came inside and my wait was longer then I expected. My large sweet iced tea with extra ice had what tasted like a half of pound of sugar in it, it was so sickening sweet I had to throw it away. My two bagel bites that went in the oven with someone elses order is what took so long, and they were barely warm and very mushy, definitely undercooked. I wasted my money today for sure.

This DD'S went out of there way do order the k- cups I use when other ones wouldn't. I live down of Back River Neck Rd and I go to this DD'S and I have 4 other ones next to my house I could walk to one of them. And here is where I drive to 2 times a day. Ty!!!

This place like every other Dunkin store has gone down hill. Bad service, they are always out of everything or the expresso machine is down. Customer service no longer exists.
This unfortunately is why I now started going to Starbucks.. very sad.
