Come on now, as many reviews as I do, I can't believe I have to do DQ like this. It truly depends on what neighborhood you are in, they treated us bad. Blizzard was a milkshake, fries were a kids portion.... I'm scared to open the chili dogs. You can bet, I'll never spend another dime there. Can't believe this was at one time my favorite go to restaurant. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The Cotton Candy Blizzard is back at DQ.
I love this sweet treat. We went through the drive thru. I wanted to eat inside but it looked closed. Apparently it was open but I decided to stay in the Car. My Friend got pretzel sticks and a slushie. Service was great! Very fast!

Each time I go to Dairy Queen its a problem. May 5,2022 went through the drive through to purchase a combo, my fries were cold. I drove back to make a complaint, instead they gave me burnt hard fries. Smh

Dairy Queen is generally consistent and good. I ordered a vanilla cone with chocolate dip. I always ask for it to be put in a cup after it’s dipped and this is the second time they say they understand and then don’t do it.
The service was fast and the ice cream was good.

Service was horrible. We ordered dip cones with the chocolate on the side and they gave us maybe a tablespoon of chocolate. We told them just to dip the cone if they couldn't give us any more chocolate and I feel like they did a poor, sloppy job because they were aggravated with us. They didn't bother to hide their aggravation either. They obviously took no pride in their work. They also didn't offer any napkins to clean up the sloppy mess running down the cone, which by the way was stale. They seemed even more aggravated when we asked for some napkins. I'll go to McDonald's for a soft serve cone before I ever come here again.

I used to work with one of those guys. He always picked his rear end and at other times bite his nails. Not good if this person is preparing your food. Or maybe he’s been upgraded to something more than a cashier or cook. I shudder at the thought.

Staff is super friendly however, they need to listen more carefully. 2 #7's were ordered along with 1 kids meal, an extra burger, 1 blizard and 2 cups if icecream.We only received 1 #7, 1 kids meal, 1 buger, 1 blizard, and 1 cup of icecream. When this was realized staff informed me that "thats all we were charged for", granted, however, that's not my fault you don't listen to what's being ordered more carefully.

Their fries were okay, I also had their bbq chicken tenders and they weren't all that bad. I had their southern tea and I don't know if it was the ice but it tasted chemically.
