Mcdonald's

I gave 2 stars because the location is good and the service "USE TO BE GREAT" now the service is so so and everything else is questionable. The intercom at the drive thru is always broke and you can barely hear them and they can barely hear you. Now as far as the food I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it is suppose to have a crispy chicken fillet instead it was the size of a chicken nugget or a small flat burned chicken tender and it was missing lettuce. I was very disappointed and if it wasnt so late I would have to drive back to them for a refund. The next morning I tried to call them to let them know what happened but they never answer their phone. Got a burned breakfast sandwich

I'm on the road with a north American tour. Yes I was in McDonald's, but I don't eat fast food. I enjoy a fat juicy rare 4 " thick. Angus steaks. I'm 58, saw a doctor once when I was 12. I'm 6'2" tall. 182 lbs. 14 pounds less than I weighed, when I joined the army in 82 when I was 17. I bought some on sale jeans for work the other day in Burlington. I have a great personality and I'm very social. I look at this girl and say hey check it out! She looked at me. I said all these corn fed towns always has my size jeans on sale, she said what size are they? I said 29" 32's! She kind of lit up. I never eat fast food. Because it's called fast food because it makes you die fast! I've been smoked cigarettes since I was 14. And I work circles around kids half my age. 80+ hours a week. Oh yeah and for you much older people who are younger than I, just keep trusting those doctors! How's that working out for you, bye the way? I took a picture of my a natural not having to pump iron Guns! The other day and sent it to my sister. She texted back. My god Jimmy your muscles are huge. She said it seems like I get younger every year I stead of older.

I never have a good experience here. Always disrespected. Ordered 4 vanilla and 4 chocolate small milkshakes and was made to feel like I just asked for their firstborn. I got the vanilla shakes and then was told to move my car by the door. Waited 5 minutes and someone brought out 4 strawberry shakes and I informed them that I ordered chocolate and vanilla. (Always nice) I got the eye roll followed by having the manager come out and hold the receipt up and tell me what I ordered. "you ordered strawberry!". Never going back. Always ridiculous and zero respect is given. Apparently ordering basic things is a chore.

I visit this McDonald’s from time to time coming from Golden Ring, but I have never received customer service so terrible at this location. The cashier associate tried her best to get help from Manager on Duty. The manager on duty I should say had no concerns for customers , she told the cashier that it’s nothing she could do about the internet server being down and couldn’t process rewards. She than turn and continue to act busy. She was very disrespectful at management, she did not address my concerns and showed she didn’t care. I paid for my food without any word spoken. I will not stop at this McDonald’s again. Weather your paying or not u should receive good customer service.

Update: I have been to this location five times. My order was wrong every time. No answer at the store phone and no response from their customer service number. Don't waste your money here. Find another McDonald's not owned by this group. This morning I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and got a sausage Patty on a microwave bagel. It wasn't toasted. It was so rubbery I couldn't even eat it if I wanted to. The one in Golden ring shopping center is much better if you are in this area and want your food the way you ordered it... It a bagel that has been toasted like they are supposed to be.

There's just always something with this McDonald's. They're ice cream machine never works. Staff are rude, not welcoming. Always something missing in my bag. Our family is going to try the other McDonald's from now on at Kenwood avenue and see how they do. The McDonald's at Walmart in Rosedale on Philadelphia road is always had pretty good service. It's just a little further away.
