There is a young man that works the driving thru occasionally that's very rude, argumentative, he gets the order wrong then try to argue to say that's not what i ordered. Several that works the drive-thru has to work on their customer service skills.
Other than that food is always good.

Whoever waited on me lacked customer service skills and actually got smart with me, via the drive thru intercom. The roast beef sandwich was great, but I think they intentionally poured salt on my 🍟 fries.

Yummy Arby's. I used to eat here with my siblings and mother and her best friend. That was 10 years ago.
Ate here yesterday and it was even more tastier than I remember. 😉 Not to mention it's right by the low cost grocery store Aldi's.

Location is always pleasant and good environment. This sandwich is awesome, and the steak is really tender. The garlic and butter taste really comes through and the portion is good. I would differently try it

Came here for the shake. Stupid plastic straws ruined it. I took 4 of them and still didn't work out. The staff was too bothered having their own conversation that I didn't want to interrupt to ask about plastic straws.

The food was good but the service was not. We waited in line for about 15 minutes before someone finally came to wait on us. Their was an elderly man in front of us and the cashier got so rude and raised her voice in a mean flip way at him because he couldn't understand her. My daughter and I actually said, that was so rude. We almost left and went to eat somewhere else but our time was limited and we stayed. Your customers are what makes your business thrive...be kind.

This was the first and LAST time I will EVER eat at Arby's! I got the roast beef sandwich meal, which at best, tasted like cheap supermarket deli meat. I ordered a side of horseradish, that I never got, and had to use honey. mustard instead. I have been on the toilet since! I have a stomach of steel and VERY RARELY have this issue. Last time was at Olive Garden, 4 DIFFERENT ones DIFFERENT menu items, and got sick at EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Never again! The only star I can give was the very polite, nice young man at the window.
