Absolutely delicious! Best Brisket I ever had. We were so hungry for Brisket and Potatoe Salad. They were reasonably priced and good food portions. Husband had to eat another sausage sandwich because it was so good! Thank you!!!!

Full of flavor!!! I had the 2 meat plate with Beef brisket & smoked turkey... potato salad & coleslaw & cornbread.... everything was fresh & the meat was tender almost like butter.... not over seasoned nor under & slight smoke flavor... meat wasn’t hard around the edges like some other places... I think the portions are really good for the price, I only paid $10 & some change... the cornbread was also excellent & the sugar didn’t overpower the taste! In fact I didn’t need any butter to go on it since the bread was moist... also the house BBQ sauce perfect not too sugary at all... the restaurant was spotless & when u enter the skulls & skins kinda startled me at first tho... lol... I do like the atmosphere, it’s very cozy & reminds me of the wild Wild West for sure... I have been traveling the country for a long time & I am putting this spot as my #2 favorite of all time!!! *to the owners, please don’t change a thing u are the doing & great job! (Maybe a parking area for the 18 wheelers) 12/12/18

We had the sliced brisket sandwich and the bbq chicken. I especially liked the rub on the brisket. Had the beans and potato salad sides... they were good too. Cozy inside and a good place to stop next time I'm in the Sweetwater area.

Altogether this was a pretty good place. Space is limited when you come through the door to stand in line to order, so the do enforce the government mandated mask policy. The gentleman working the counter was friendly and had a sense of humor. The food was good. I tried the brisket and sausage. It wasn’t exactly like BBQ you’d find down in Lockhart, but it wasn’t bad at all. They are definitely operating a respectable business that cares about their customers. I would definitely stop by again next time I’m in town.

We stopped at Big Boys while passing through Sweetwater and thought it was great! The brisket was really good and the ribs were fantastic! Service was quick and friendly on a quiet Monday afternoon. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly nice considering the very plane, unassuming exterior. We would absolutely stop here again.

Chicken was tender and falling off the bone, brisket was tender, BBQ sauce was served warm. Coleslaw was good, potato salad was good, cornbread was dry. Overall very good.

Place was fairly well kept. Seating chairs were sketchy. I felt like I was going to fall through the chairs when I say down. I weigh an athletic 240. Food was excellent the original order taker at the window was a younger women who was extremely nice, the second server who gave me our food was a man in his fifties probably and he was not as welcoming. He was very curt with me.
