Panera Bread

I go to the Panera on Portion Road, everyday. I've been going for almost 2 years, and recently everyday for about 4months. every time I go Lucas is beyond helpful and pleasant. He is sweetest human not just an employee- HES A PERSON! love his vibe and helpfulness and willingness to help. Kitchen staff always working fast and store is VERY CLEAN. The entire team always appears smiling and generally happy to be there. From someone who works in a similar environment, being able to enjoy that on the flip side MORE THAN APPRECIATIVE.

Came pretty late, about an hour before close. I’ll be honest, it was either my first Panera experience, or it’s been enough years for me to forget. I had the steak and white cheddar sandwich with the Cobb salad and green goddess dressing. I was impressed. The sandwich was tender, but that horseradish sauce is something else. It wasn’t spicy in the slightest, yet still managed to burn the hell out of my sinuses. I’ll definitely get a different sauce next time. The Cobb salad was great, though. I loved everything about it. Especially the pickled onions. Had to ask for more. They added a particularly lovely bright punch to each bite. All the workers were polite and efficient. The tables were clean, as well. I will return.
