I go here every morning. I always get a burrito. The service and staff are always great, but the past 3 mornings the food was barely warm. It wasn't busy maybe the microwave isn't working correctly. All other times I give 5 stars!
Update, went this past weekend and the food was hot! Thank you!

I opted to go in instead of drivethru this trip. Bathroom was really clean. Only one other customer in the restaurant.
Ordered at the kiosk as that is the only option. Signs directing customers away from the front counter to the kiosk.
Food was slow to arrive. Very slow.
A nice lady showed up to apologize for the delay. Order was correct and food was fine.

Lol I guess I got scammed. I ordered 2 Big Macs and the second one was a bun on top of a bun. What a joke, I've never seen anything like this.

This location near the airport was notorious for slow lobby service, but now with the kiosk system I was in and out rather quickly. I thought those kiosks were taking jobs but it frees up more employees to make food

They won't take your order at the counter, you must use the kiosk. Then you have to go the counter to pay. The food was McDonald's so if you ate it once you know what you are getting.

Closing shift gave poor service and cold food.
gave wrong drinks and refused to make any frozen drinks and completely failed the whole order. Changes need to be made and the owner will be contacted. Employees need to follow company policy. It was only 9pm

The food was very bad, first time ever at a McDOnalds. Black girl was rude, the only shinnin9 stat was the young white girl. I will never stop there again.
