Mcdonald's

Worst experience!!! Went in because the drive through was packed. Ordered my food. She said it may be a few mins I said okay. 10 minutes go by and the people that ordered after me who had more food got theirs before me! I went up there and they said o it's right here. I asked how long it was sitting there. She didn't know. Then i wanted my drinks cause they didn't give me those took another almost 10 minutes to get my coffee!! I had only ordered 4 breakfast burritos and 2 drinks. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I'll stick to the one across town.

This is to the mcdonald's on corner of black River Blvd and chestnut in Rome New York. I have been going to your establishment sense I was little girl. Back then it was great .a real treat to go there. Today it's gone so far down that's its sad. I went this past Saturday with my 4 year old grandson. I not only waited exactly 5 min in drive threw order not one person took my order I honked and everything then I said ok ill just give order at window .by then there was at five cars ahead 2 waiting on side. Finly my grandson said forget it grandma. Service needs upgrade .

This is literally the worst McDonalds I have seen in my 35 years. Always a 20 minute wait in the drive thru and they never get the order right. In the passed 2 weeks ive had hotcakes big breakfast with no hotcakes when i got home, kids happy meals with no toys, kids missing there sauce for nuggets. Every single time they screw up. Fire everyone at this location

Very disappointed. Although it's not fair to rate so poorly because of lack of service, it's very apparent there is lack of employees at this establishment. The food is not always very presentable. It's very rushed and missing something at almost every visit. The employees that are there 'try'. But its hit and miss everytime.
