This place is PHENOMENAL! Some of the best and most creative donuts around with very good coffee! Cheaper than Starbucks and better than it too!! Also, their breakfast sandwiches are too die for. The staff KILLS it here! Great job

It was my first time going to dippin donuts and when I pulled up to the speaker they were very rude and gave attitude to me while I was giving them a simple order. I got a medium Carmel mocha coffee with cream and sugar and I also got a blueberry muffin. The coffee that I received was a black coffee and the muffin was dried out . I will never go the again. Thanks for ruining my first time experience.

We stopped in for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm. Wasn’t busy by any means and the cashier was rushing us, having been our first time and being new to the area we wanted to check out every thing they offered but we felt like we couldn’t. Chose 6 donuts and I got an iced coffee. The donuts tasted old and the coffee was disgusting.
UPDATE* Tried again recently and the donuts tasted like straight baking soda and again, the coffee was wretched. Will not be returning.

Dippin Donuts always has the freshest foods and great prices. Their service is polite and personable. Always a great donut too. Theirs really taste like a donut. Always go back for more. They should follow proper IRS tax procedures and also stop mixing politics with business.

This rating is based on my drive thru experience. It was a fast process and they got my order completely correct. The staff was super nice and the strawberry banana smoothies tasted fantastic. I'd definitely be willing to stop by again for another smoothie. The BLTs were also very good with a awesome amount of bacon on it. I do expect to come back at some point.

Got a bagel with cream cheese. Under the cream cheese, the bagel was burnt. The last 4 times I ordered this, both locations, in Rome, burnt. I stopped getting bagels here. I usually get the vanilla cream, but last 2 times there was barely any cream in them. Once I got it with a lot of cream and it was really good. Must of been someone new filling them that morning.

Got a box of 25 donut holes and a donut from them. The donuts are large.
Have to admit there is inconsistent quality, though, but overall, they're satisfying. Good service, too.
