It's hard for Krystal's to mess up with me. Love the place! I remember way back getting like six for a dollar and then for $4. That ft is something corporate might need to look at. You could have all my money!

I just wanna give yall a shout out and thank yall for the consistency. As someone who has ate krystals for 30 years this is important. I drive from Calhoun just to eat here. Can y'all go up there and train them?

I have visited this location about 6-7 times total. Only 1 has been issue free. Often times they are having system issues where they can take cash only, or they can’t take orders at all. The drive thru line is long. The food is typically good. But I continue to visit because of location.

The slowest restaurant in the world. They claim to be fast, but is quite the opposite. How does it take so long to cook a subpar paper thin burger? I wouldn't be here if the order weren't for someone else.

Went to drive through this morning at 9:20 AM 01/05/2021. Very rude/unreasonable lady at window. Hands me my food I reply with thank you and she reply's "Okay", After I was sitting at the menu in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for her to greet. Wish I could leave 0 stars but not an option.

Place order in drive thru.
She called out order correctly.
She was polite.
Order was correct on the screen.
Good customer service.
Get home with food,......I ask for Only Mustard on All Krystal's!!!!
They all had onions and pickles....
My husband's body cannot handle onions!!!!
I called and complained because it has been a long long day, just came home from being a truck driver...... Tired and exausted and did not feel like leaving the house again.....
The manager understood and was nice about it.
Not sure how my good ended up so wrong.

I cant believe I went thru Krystal & didnt get a burger! I opted for a Banana Pudding milkshake which thankfully, my Mom saved me from half of it. Very good & proper tasting. Nothing artificial.
