For some people Fast Food is a real treat. So all I wanted was a Original Chicken Sandwich and a Large Onion Ring. The food was garbage. They both tasted the same. OLD GREASE! I couldn't even eat it. And also the coke mixed wrong. It was flat. Thanks for nothing Burger King. The Rome Ga one is awful. They need to change there grease.

Hamburger was like warm and not cooked all the way. Had some pink spots. They didn’t give me my full order either. The lady taking our order was also very curt and short with us. I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and I’ve never had problems with Burger King, this is the first time I’ve gotten food like this 😅 things have changed there.

No lettuce on the original chicken sandwich or the big fish. Was overcooked or the oil was old when cooked. Gave to my dog.

Went through the drive through and ordered a large diet Dr Pepper. I tasted it while in line and it was pure carbonation, very little syrup. I mentioned it and she said all their diet drinks taste that way today… and why would you serve it?!? It is soooo bad. Just beware of diet drinks before you pull away from the window!!

There is a problem EVERY time we come to this location. This time they rang me up for 5 bacon burgers. I paid and waited a good 5 minutes and then they tell me "oh yeah we are out of bacon". Whenever there is a problem with the food and we ask for it to be corrected the employees just stand with their backs to us. I haven't had one good experience at this burger King. Go to the one across town

Lesson learned...check your chicken fries before you leave the drive through, the last several times I have ordered the. They have been lukewarm at best and have the consistency of cardboard, chicken fries are great when hot and fresh but I'm tired of getting ones that have been cooked hours ago. Today might have been the last time I visit this specific location.
