Little Caesars

Took about 30 mins after i ordered one pizza to get it. Line was backed up. When i got to the window it took 5 mins to get my pizza. The last 3 times i been has been horrible as far as the wait time. 2 other times i got to the speaker to order and they tell me Sorry we're closed due to lack of employees. This place use to be pretty good all the time and now i doubt I'll go back. East Rome Ceasars has been on point the few times i been.

Waited an entire hour in the drive thru for only two cars in front of me to get a pizza. When I approach the window i sat with an additional 10 min to be asked what I had ordered, “a basic pepperoni”. I asked if I give them my money will I get a pizza in a timely fashion. She closes the window grabs the closest pepperoni (which felt like it had been sitting out for some time) throws it on the counter and proceeds to do the transaction. Definitely a store that needs to be shut down. The excuse was lack of staff, however I saw 4 different employees in my time at the window. I’d say lack of care and lack of management.
