Looks can be deceiving! So many people rated this 5 stars that my wife and I decided to give it a try. We arrived at 5 pm and it was starting to get busy. After ordering our drinks, I got a plate and decided to try four different types of chicken dishes. My wife got some fried rice and sweet & sour chicken. Her chicken had a huge amount of batter with a small portion of chicken inside that she couldn’t cut with her fork. Most of my chicken dishes were lukewarm and the chicken so hard it must have been cooked three days ago and kept under the warmer. I did get some small cooked shrimp, but found none of them were deveined, so that turned me off. My wife decided on a new plate with just fried rice…nope! She said the rice was hard, like it had been sitting out. We should have gone next door to Panera’s. You never get bad food there.

I us3d to enjoy eat at this place
And myself working for food service for many years I know everything can't always be spot on.
But we found a live roach ,killed it without alarming other guests eating and lady gave my wife a $5 discount that was a month ago .
Today I get Hibachi plate and there was a black thick hair
I am sure I ate half of it tho . Not happy at all
I then asked if I can just re do my plate and take it home since I lost my appetite but did eat some wings off buffet line
I was told " yes but it's extra money for take home
Wooow really
I don't make a show like others would have .
Lady charged me 9.66 for my lunch buffet and says we gave u a discount 🤷♀️
As a customer I felt as if because of $
My business didn't matter
By the was we order $40 plus at this restaurant every month
No more
I wanted Hibachi, but
ate 4 wings and 5 crab ragons
Was denied what I truly wanted
Paid 9.66 and still tipped waitress

Great selection on the sushi bar. Typical choices on the buffet bar and dessert bar. Everything that I like was offered, including fried plantains. Even though we arrived about an hour and a half before closing, they kept bringing out fresh servings. This location is highly recommended!

Service good, fair presentation, food tasted flavored fine but food not grade A products. Will try again and may do a review. I will pay more for better grade foods.

Used to go all the time, until the drain smell from the kitchen was over powering. Took a year off and tried it again. Smell has improved!
Good food. Great selection. Always fresh.
Prices are increasing, well above inflation. Seating is PACKED together. Bathrooms are still subpar.

Im new to the area and thought I would try them out based on reviews and I wanted Hibachi. The best thing there was the lo mein and that was only if you got it from the bottom, because then it would actually be warm. The sushi was actually ok also. There was no hibachi like what you would think. Everything I had was pretty cold, which was a major disappointment. The food I had was very bland and not good flavor. The waitress asked me if I wanted a refill took my cup with the straw in it and refilled the drink and brought it back. Based on the reviews I was not expecting this experience. I cant say I would return.

Good. Haven't been here since 2014. Glad it's got more seating now then it was back when i went in 2014. Okay variety. Could've had more. Still good food. Don't like pushy waitress asking for tips when one can only afford to pay for the food at the time but might be able to leave a tip on the next visit.
