Pizza Hut

I wanted to place an order for my son. He was rewarded the Book It! form for reading everyday for a month. However, I didn't want to have to go in and order. I noticed there was a code on the Book It! form so I figured I could just download and order through the app. Ordering with the app was easy and simple. To redeem, enter the coupon code first (I believe you can do this); I originally started entering an order for a personal pan pizza, but when I went to redeem the code, it created a custom pizza. I was able to delete the pizza I added and redeem without owing anything. You will need to add a debit/credit card or Apple Pay (what I used), but you won't be charged for anything. The staff at the restaurant was friendly as well.

I like hut pizza, but I don want to buy in this place, the guy (fat and long hair), don't care the customers, when I get my pizzas he seems mute, don't greet, don't say that you. It is better for the store he quit. Guy go to work where don't need to speak. Just days later y place my order again and this guy did the same. I never come back this place I prefer Little Pizza more cheaper and exceptional service I highly recommend and it find in the same shopping place.

I would rate it no star or 0/5 (it wouldn't let me post unless I click at least one star). I placed an order today at 8:30pm, was supposed to deliver to my house around 9pm. Since they don't have delivery drivers, they used Door Dash. When I tracked my order, the delivery changed to 10pm and door dash says my order has not left. I called pizza hut, unfortunately the door dash driver picked up my order at 9:30 and when they called the driver, he never picked up and he cancelled the order like he never picked it up. He drove away with my food! Pizza hut says they will make my order again but will take 45 mins and will be delivered by door dash again. I agreed hoping that it will be delivered to my house. I waited an hour and a half and there was no delivery! My kids and I were so hungry we had not eaten dinner. I was so upset and disappointed! I called customer service and complained. This has never happened to me before! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AS THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Your app screwed up the order. We originally ordered (left)half bacon and pineapple and (right)half sausage. We did not notice at the end the app switched it to all sausage with bacon on one side and pineapple on the other.. we were very disappointed when we received the pizza. But it is our fault for not noticing the glitch before we hit pay

I don't know what kind of Marinara sauce they're using, if it's even sauce at all. But please use your own spaghetti sauce at home. It's richer and more flavorful...specifically Prego. What this place is using now is unknown and very distasteful. After 20 something years growing up and having pizza hut, I've noticed a significantly downward change now. Kind of disappointing.
