Scout is such a kind barista; I was lost in my decision-making process when it comes to finding my new favorite cold-weather beverage. I have found my new go-to because of Scout's phenomenal customer service and overall knowledge of the products that Starbucks has to offer.

Great for drive throughs, I drive by at least once a week. However if sitting inside it gets cold pretty quickly and is uncomfortable to stay for long durations. It's small anyway so this store wasn't really meant for long indoor stays

Customer service is phenomenal here on a busy Saturday morning. I placed last minute mobile order to be picked up via drive thru and apparently there were 3 other orders with the same name. TJ handled it professionally and calmly and got our order out fast. This is my go to Starbucks and I'll keep coming back (with no more last minute mobile orders)

Typically, this is my go to Starbucks because it is fast and the customer service is great! The drive thru people are awesome. Today, there were different employees than usual working. The barista who made my drink was convinced I had ordered an iced one, but I actually hadn't. Since it was Friday and busy, I just decided to accept the iced one (to try something new, right?). I was frustrated with this employee because he was rude about it, and he was rude to his coworker (who was manning the window). All this to say, shout out to the young lady working the window. She was determined to make sure I got the correct drink so she made a hot one (even after I said no worries AND her coworker was arguing with her) and gave it to me, free of charge. This girl deserves a promotion. Thanks for being considerate and making someone's day!
