Rep's Place

Ordered takeout the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the food. My husband got the steak sandwich and I got the patty melt and subbed tomato basil soup (side note, best combo ever!) Food was hot, delicious and wonderful portions. We moved from the city recently and haven’t been able to find quality spots in the area like the ones downtown, but Rep’s Place is now on our list of go to places. We definitely want to dine in next time because there were so many yummy options on the menu that intrigued us.

First time ordering from Rep’s place and we will definitely be ordering again. I ordered the Steak Fajita Salad and cheese enchiladas. The salad was amazing with just enough of all ingredients, the dressing was great and the steak was tender and juicy. The Cheese Enchiladas were really great as well, probably the best I have had. Looking forward to ordering again soon to try your Rueben!

We tried their wings and a mushroom burger with tator totts. The burger is delicious and charbroiled. Reminds me of "the assembly" burgers, so good! 😋 We had the hot and spicy wings and it was their hottest sauce.. Most of their sauces taste like they are made with a vinegar base if you are into that. We were and wings were good. The burger is what stood out the most and the beer cheese is yummy too. We will be back to try more items

This place was pretty decent. What I liked the most was the burgers actually being cooked correctly (ex. Medium) the sides that come with the burgers are good. I got their signature Rep's burger which to be honest was good but nothing special. My gf got the old western which was the better burger. Fries and sweet potato fries were great. The appetizers a little questionable, moreso the buffalo chicken poppers. Nothing wrong with them fundamentally as it's edible (lol) but something just didn't click. Fried pickles were fine. This place definitely deserves a revisit, but it's a place that also is in the shadow of some of the other competitors for burgers due to price. Maybe I'll try their pizza next.

Horrible management! Will never go back again! They offer punch cards so you can redeem a free meal, but then when you want to redeem your meal, they end up not accepting the punch cards. This happened twice! The worst part is that there is no sign or any advisement telling you that they no longer accept the punch cards. You find out at the end when you want to pay which is absolutely unacceptable! I don't trust this place and as I stated already, they have lost my business. So first of all, the punch card only states 11-3PM. It does not state Mon-Fri. Second all all, both waiters said that they NO LONGER ACCEPT the cards. Yes, the manager accommodated me ONLY because I complained. The second time, just recently, the waiter also said they no longer take the cards and it was only because I asked for an exception that you accepted the punch cards. Bottom line, it's just poor management.

My family and I have ordered takeout from Rep’s Place on several occasions. And each time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The burgers are huge and cooked perfectly even though I like mine well done. Mine have been cooked throughout while still remaining juicy on the inside. Their onion straws are a really tasty alternative to fries for your side dish. One suggestion is to ensure you are not late getting your food because I have found the longer the food sits in the styrofoam containers, the more “soggy” it gets. I haven’t experienced this with the burgers but I have with the fries and onion straws. But, when you rely on takeout, I’m not sure a perfect packaging solution exists to keep items warm, yet crispy. I am already looking forward to my next giant and tasty burger at Rep’s!!!
