Subway

Went in for my normal sandwich which was made incorrectly and when I called the staff Charles D who I was speaking to decided to laugh at me on the phone because I said I wanted them to train their staff better as the person who answered could not help me but he supposedly could and then when I asked him if he knew what the proper edict for customer service was he just ignored me and then decided after I said I will just call the owner and complain he laughs again and says I wasn’t ignoring you I’m busy. The staff there anymore are the rudest staff they have ever had. I used to love going to our local Subway but now for sure would rather drive to Grants Pass to get Subway. Can’t believe the way that store has gone downhill.

This place has gone downhill. My online order was for a heated veggie patty footlong, with spinach, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers and 2x chipotle southwest sauce. What I got was a frozen veggie patty footlong with all the veggies outside of the sand which, lettuce instead of spinach and no sauce at all. I placed the online order for my lunch break at work because it’s not very long. I wish this place was as good as it used to be. Super disappointed and starving, thanks! I updated this review from 2 years ago and can’t remove the old picture. Picture below is not my current order!!!

They were out of almost everything. Only had White and Wheat bread, out of spinach, and out of regular mustard and honey mustard. Kinda rude employees. Also watch one employee make cookies instead of bread. Maybe I'm just very picky about my subway since I have 6 years of experience but I was very disappointed with the service. The Food wasn't bad but it would have been better if I could have had it on Italian Herb and Cheese (my favorite bread) or on flat bread. I also didn't get cheese on my sandwich. I did like how much steak I got though. My mom got a steak and cheese and it didn't have as much though. Also my sandwich was rolled instead of flat when I opened it up to eat it.

We were traveling and desperate for a sandwich. But it was almost 9 pm and they close at 9. We got there at 8:55. We rushed in and I could tell they had just cashed out the register. I apologized and explained we had driven as fast as we could to get there. The wonderful girls didn't even think twice. They closed the register, and set about getting us whatever we needed! Now that is customer service!! The town should be very proud for these two great ambassadors of their kind and polite citizenry.
