Java Dudes Coffee

I’m a creature of habit, and I have my favourite coffee. I know what to expect, and it’s the same all over the world. That said, I do sometimes wander into local spots on occasion, but rarely to get my morning fuel-it’s too important for me to jack around with it. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, so if I get jt wrong, I’m screwed for the rest of the day. My main complaint here is the prices. I don’t do coffee “drinks”. I just do coffee with cream. Thus the actual coffee flavour is important to me. I find their coffees don’t have the bold flavour I prefer (dark roast = less caffeine) and I end up jittery and anxious. Again, that’s just me, so if you like a lighter roast, or prefer your coffee hidden behind a veil of sugar, you will prob like this place more than I do. You do you. They’re nice here, & it’s clean, cute and convenient. It might just be your new favourite.

We tried making this our go to spot for iced coffee and matcha lattes... However they seem to be unable to make anything other than 99% milk and 1% coffee. Have up attempting to explain what a splash/tiniest hint of cream means. If you like overly creamy drinks, this is yo spot. Photo of typical "just a splash / tiniest amount of creamer".... all I taste is milk. I give up.

I really wanted to go here with my family but after going twice they were closed… we went Sunday at 5:30 pm and we’re told they were closed for the day… tried again Monday and no one their at 2pm. We took a walk and came back about 40 minutes later but still closed… I wish they would put a sign or something so it’s clear when and what hours they’re open.
