The guy who took our order today was very courteous and friendly. He spoke clearly and repeated our order to make sure we got it right. We didn't have a wait at all either using the drive through. The onion rings came right of the oven so they were hot and smelled like the state fair. Overall excellent service and food.

Food is good, but I seriously pulled into 4 stalls today without having one that worked. This has been ongoing for some time now. I finally drove away and picked a different restaurant...definitely needs maintenance.

I live within a few miles from this location on Hudson Rd, so naturally it's my stop to and from home. I cannot tell you how discouraging it is to pull into this drive thru and sit for 10 minutes, and no one ever answers. I pull to the window and see them on their phones or chatting it up. It's always the same excuse too, “Oh sorry the headset isn't working." All summer and now into the Fall? Well maybe you oughta fix it. Then they run out of ice DAILY. “Sorry our ice machine isn't working, or it's running slow, we can't sell you ice, but we can sell you a drink." Oh how's that?!?!?! Terrible service Sonic.

Its ok better than.pearidge but food isnt as good as bella vista or as sonic used to be especially chili.fogs or amy thing with chili they dont put much on it
