Ok I don't normally give reviews "BUT" I couldn't just let this slide. I stopped here @ 06:33 in the morning got a breakfast burrito & biscuits and gravy, the burritos was ok but the biscuits & gravy? The biscuits was rock hard (like the had been sitting for a good long while) with barely enough gravy to cover them. The biscuits were so hard that I broke the tip off the fork trying to stab it.

The manager Reyna chose to get very mouthy with my husband and I for requesting that our order to be corrected. Unfortunately, this was not the first experience with problems we have had at this location. Our only goal was to get our family fed in a timely manner and the sense of urgency for the mistake to be corrected was expressed so that we could get home before the road conditions worsened. She yelled at my husband, was pointing her fingers in his face, even after his request of her to calm down, refused to give her name or allow us to speak with another manager and became more and more irate as the situation went on. After numerous attempts to deescalate her we asked her to just refund our money which she then also refused to do. She is a very poor example of what a manager in a fast food establishment, or any employee of any other establishment for that matter, should represent. We dealt with this for about 20 minutes and left with no resolution other than being told that if we didn't like the service that we shouldn't return. Which, inevitably we will not. I would not even give this location one star, but in attempt to prevent others from having to deal with the type of downright disrespect to family and I witnessed today I felt it necessary to leave some type of review. I would highly encourage avoiding this location and choosing other options in the area if you're wanting "fast" food or any type of customer service at all.
