If 3-Day old pastries and cookies is your thing, then you’ll love this place. I prefer cookies that are just hours old, not days. All baked items are reminiscent of a grocery store bakery- fine for the masses but not the discerning consumer who prefers bakeries that throw out or donate everything at day’s end and then start again the next day. Freshness and high quality ingredients is what I prefer. While I can’t speak to the ingredients, this is not somewhere I can in good conscience recommend to my foodie friends. Best to skip these calories.

Rick’s Bakery made our wedding cakes for our wedding in May! We had a sampling appointment and we picked the white cake with white chocolate buttercream —it was delicious! We wanted something simple with three tiers, it was gorgeous! We picked strawberry buttercream for the sheet cake, and a chocolate with chocolate frosting. The best part of it all was my husband’s groom’s cake. They did the Washington Capital’s logo we asked for so well! It was such a fun cake. Delivery on time & as expected, thanks Rick’s!!

Such a happy place for yummy treats! I ordered a birthday cake and the staff was very helpful. Before I left, I also got some cupcakes which were delicious, of course. I like how they have everything needed for a celebration on the fly - they have plates, napkins, candles, small pinatas, gifts, and they have ready to sell cakes for any occasion. They also have lunch stuff, but I didnt have any BUT next time I will try something.

I get tickled when people write a review about any place and say they can do better. For Rick's Bakery, there ain't no way anyone can say they can make the quality and variety they have at home...no way! It is true their specialty cakes are more expensive than the average bakery, but the quality and flavor are 100% all the time perfect. We have bought probably over 100 cakes from them, and we have never been disappointed. They also have a deli with daily lunch and all the fresh breakfast pastries you can imagine. The people are very friendly and helpful. Plus, they have a case of gluten-free stuff if you are into that. It's a wonderful bakery, so stop by and get you some goodness.

I recently coordinated a wedding in Eureka Springs; the chapel recommended Rick's Bakery. This bakery is FANTASTIC!! Their Wedding Coordinator, Katie Martens, worked with me to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and needed -- which was sheet cake for a drag-racing-themed display that was surrounded by cupcakes. The bride specifically wanted cupcakes that were made like "raspberry zingers". Katie and the entire team went above and beyond. I would love to post a photo, but unfortunately that feature does not seem to be working for me. Besides the cake looking great - it was FABULOUS! I consider myself a wedding cake connoisseur and that was absolutely the BEST wedding cake I have ever had. The guests agreed. Our heartfelt thanks to Rick's Bakery.
