Love, love, love it. Our go to place. My family has dairy allergies and they make all their favorite drinks dairy free that taste great. Great staff, so friendly and helpful.

Normally, I absolutely love this place and every morning I go, I always receive AMAZING customer service. I live in Springdale so it’s a long drive, but I say it’s worth it. Yesterday was my birthday and this time I went at night for my free drink from the app and an older man gave me the worst attitude ever that it made me cry. There was a young girl in the back and she didn’t say anything to him! They need to have a talk with him about customer service.

I asked for skim milk in my Frappuccino and got whole milk and a few drinks into it I was feeling sick and knew they put whole milk, this is after I explained the importance of skim milk upon ordering. I had to go back run into the store and get it replaced when I got a lecture about not wearing a mask while people were around eating and drinking without masks.

I just had a great experience at this Starbucks. I normally don’t visit Starbucks but my fiancé wanted a coffee so I went to the closest location. Denver took my order and made really good suggestions of food for me, and Devin took payment at the window and we had a very pleasant conversation. Great service, I will definitely be back to see Denver and Devin again!
