Firehouse Subs

Great place, good food, and fantastic customer service. We made an order that we ended up not being able to pick up one night. The next day I asked if they still had them or what I could do and, without any question, they said they’d re-make them for us - just bring in the receipt to verify what we ordered. We had a family emergency that night and into the next day, it was a very nice treat not having to cook dinner and without any fuss or hoops we got our sandwiches! Plus some added to them without any extra cost! Thank you so much for being so kind to us. I know, “it’s just sandwiches....” but it meant a lot to us that night. Thank you, thank you.

Terrible experience! I placed an order online and I wasn't sure if they had received it. I called and they said that they could see the order, but not the details. Long story short: I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru while they prepared my food even though I placed my order online. Avoid this place at all costs! Update: I ordered 2 of the Large BBQ Smokehouse Briscuit today, however, they didn't have BBQ Suace on them.  On Firehouse Subs website, it clearly states that it includes "Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce", but clearly, this is false advertising! I will say, that when Firehouse Subs makes an order correctly, they are great subs. Firehouse just needs to work on order accuracy!

I ordered a veggie sub that was supposed to come with mushrooms. I was disappointed when I arrived home to see that what I got Instead was a sub with just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and too much mayonnaise. They completely forgot the mushrooms which is the main ingredient. I did not enjoy my sandwich at all and was dissatisfied having to spend $10 on a sandwich that wasn’t done properly.
