Poor customer service! Kept calling nobody would answer so I drove up here the inside was closed nobody was in drive thru could see worker sitting on the counter on his phone so what’s the issue with answering the phone??? Young boy in drive thru who took our order was just ghetto bad first impression

The fried dumplings were good, but we didn't get the dipping sauce that normally comes with dumplings. Asked for fried rice but got white rice, nothing fried at all. Definitely didn't look like the rice in the pictures: the shrimp, broccoli and steak plate. It did have peas and carrots but the peas were cold and tasted like it had just come out of freezer still crunchy. We got 1 packet of soy sauce and about 8 packets of duck sauce. When I went back with the rice, I was told, "that is our fried rice." There wasn't anything fried about it, why was it white with no taste and it was cold. I'll give my business elsewhere.

I asked for fried rice and got fluffy white rice. I asked why was the rice white and fluffy he explained that was their fried rice. They just don’t add soy sauce but he do fry it. There is no way that is fried rice. This was my first time coming and I explained that to him and that I wasn’t satisfied. It was very salty and not what I ordered. The owner/manager asked if I wanted anything else because he couldn’t give me a refund. I asked him would it be the same white rice and he said yes. He refused to give me a refund after the lady taking the order said yes. So I just drove off a very unsatisfied potentially new customer. I will never eat there again!
