Dunkin'

The shop had a huge line when we got there and they still got our orders out quite quickly. The staff was friendly and the building was nice and clean. As for the quality, it was coffee and donuts at a really good level. The donuts were great and the coffee was coffee. Really no complaints about this location for us.

So I go here everyday and have had this convo multiple times with the employees, however they still do no comprehend that vanilla is not French vanilla. I order the same coffee 7 days a week and this is turning into a problem with them. I just want what I ordered. Today I gave them a 10 dollar tip and yesterday 5 for the holidays and both coffees are wrong. Both vanilla. I order LG French vanilla swirl 4 and 4 everyday and 60% of the time I get vanilla shot and have to turn around. Please get your staff together and on the same page. I don't want to switch my mooring dunkin stop but will the next one is not that far. Cust service is key especially when the cust is pleasant and tips well.

Not happy with this trip. After them repeating my order 5 times they messed it up. I’m driving 5 hour trip which I do 3 times a week and rely on my coffee ex specially at 9pm at night to mess it up. Really pay attention to what is ordered I was the only one in line with 2 workers. The guys were nice and friendly but please listen to the order and get it right

The girl at the drive-thru gave me the wrong coffee. I tried telling her that’s not what I wanted and she got an attitude, took it back didn’t say anything and left. Came back with a attitude and gave me the correct coffee and still didn’t say anything at all. I ended it with a thank you and she still stayed shut. Happened on 1/29/21 around 12:30pm. She need to learn some manners or leave if she isn’t happy working there. The only person there so far that I had an issue with.
