Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter for delivery. I wasn’t told that my food was going to be delivered by doordash instead of Pizza Hut themselves otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. The doordash drivers are not equipped with the pizza bags that keep your food warm and my pizza was cold. He also didn’t have my 2 liter and said Pizza Hut never gave him a 2 liter. I called Pizza Hut and simply asked for my money back it’s no big deal, the guy on the line told me he was going to credit me $10 for the inconvenience and I told him that’s fine I just wanted the money back for my drink period. The guy was clearly gassing me up because here I am a week later and never got my money or my 2 liter 😂. Just the 3.99 or whatever would be fine but nothing…

Our order tonight was a disappointment 😞. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, and the stuffed crust pizza had a hard ring around it just inside the crust that was so tough we couldn't bite through it. It was like it was stale from sitting around for hours. We usually get good food from this Pizza Hut, but after tonight, it will be a long time before we place another order.

The pizzas (3) had: very few toppings and were over-saturated with sauce. We ate very little of it and threw nearly 2 pizzas away. Contacting the store manager - we got absolutely NO SATISFACTION in terms of a partial refund etc. This experience has really turned us Off to Pizza Hut. We are very unlikely to order from PH again.

I ordered a medium, Supreme Pizza which included TWO SLIVERS of mushroom pieces only. The picture portrayed on the website had 12 slices of mushrooms (still not enough). I was pretty disappointed with the lack of toppings. Cheese was chincy. I would not order a Supreme Pizza again. I came home and added more of all my own toppings so in doing this, I might as well make my own at home. Thank you.
