Taco Bueno

Ordered online and assumed I would be able to pick it up in the drive-through like I've done many times in the past at this location. I was informed at the speaker that that wasn't allowed and that it would take too long. I completely understood this and said I didn't mind waiting in the line if that was ok as there was no one behind me. The woman raised her voice to tell me they don't even do online orders in the line and that I just needed to go inside. She was extremely rude and impatient. When I went into the store to pick up the order, I waited less than two minutes for the order and no one had even driven up in the drive-through until I was walking out the door. The man who gave me my order inside, however, was very nice and had placed everything in the bag neat and organized.

I chose to dine in and saw the Mexican lady in the kitchen using her hands to make my food without gloves. I was questioning her about that then she throw away my food and made a new one with upset face?! Plus the food was definitely not ok!!!!! I hate wasting but I ended up throwing away 75% of the food in my plate.

Back in the day, I was a semi-Bueno Head! New Normal has taken a toll. Went back for the new Nolan Ryan Beef Burger Quesadilla. The photo in their ad made my mouth water! $6.99 is reasonable for a great burger, and my first bite got me excited. As I munched and worked thru it, I began to analyze this new creation. A whole, round burger of good meat, delicious ranch dressing, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, cheese sauce, between pairs of flour tortillas with melted cheese between. It's slips down-hill from there. I tried to hold and eat it by folding it in the paper wrapper. I literally chased that patty right out of its tasty corral. My hands looked like Lucy's feet after she tried making juice for wine. I had to go wash-up before I could get my car keys out of my pocket. Re-design the Presentation! Cut the Patty into 2 semi-circles. Fold each of the pairs of flour tortillas with cheese into 2 semi-circles. Insert the meat into each and garnish with Pico and lettuce. Serve with the ranch dressing in a salsa cup. Or provide a lariat with roping lessons to each customer. See you down the Trail.

Ordered 6 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮, asked for 3 chicken 3 beef. $12 bucks seemed steep for barely edible tacos. Got 6 nearly unedible salty salty salty salty 🧂 🤪 🙃 beef tacos- would not have minded except the 😞 disappointing and lackluster flavor 😕. Surely they can put better food out the window? [Asking the manager directly]. Lame customer service-no excuse really, except I hope the person at the window was "okay" [and nothing personal]. We tried to be pleasant and muster a smile and thank you 😊 but window attendant was moving fairly slow and lethargic. This specific male window attendant stated they had run out of certain products. Guess it's the supply chain issue? SMH. 👀 Again, what is management doing to address same if this is truly an issue? Ample room for improvement and a good reminder of why I NEVER eat here. Save your money and travel on down the street and around the corner to either Taco Casa 🌮 or DQ. Better tacos. Better service. Fresh and edible. We were short on time and desperate.
