Wendy's

It's a Wendy's. If you want a hamburger this is definitely a place to get one. I only go because of the coupons. I give this particular location a 3 star because the lobby was closed despite the sign on the doors saying it was open. Despite all that the chicken is subpar in my opinion. The hamburgers are good, but kind of pricey for what they look like. The best thing is the Chilli but even that is expensive for what it is. The 4 for 4 would be good, if I was 5. It doesn't give a lot of food, just get a kids meal instead.

Since our lunch is now 11am 🙄 my boyfriend and I decided to order food from Wendy’s. He ordered the baconator and I ordered the 5$ double stack biggie bag. Both of our burgers looked like they were leftovers from the night before. Now surely at 11am we should have been provided FRESH food!!! 1st and last time eating at this Rockwall location.

Not the best Wendy's. Food and drink are hit or miss. Often out of items or options (e.g. sauces, ketchup, sweet tea, etc.). Staff is usually very nice. Seating area is worn, old and dated. I would recommend doing the drive thru or going to Rowlett location down highway 66 (it is better for food/drink consistency). Also chili rarely filled to the right level, always low by 2cm. UPDATE: They have lately been reaching new lows on underfilled chili. See picture of an entire sauce packet depth below the rim. Almost half a bowl, wow folks.

There are some loud employees in the kitchen, but they are mature and they are steady working. Keke at the register is really nice and gives a great effort for providing excellent customer service. You might get some luke warm french fries, just dip them in the chili! Spicy chicken sandwich was slightly over cooked. Had to ask for ketchup over the counter because the pumps were out and almost out on the plastic cups. You cannot get your own refills, gotta ask at the register. Maybe this will be corrected when this old store ever does get the remodel. Food is sub par to Dave's standard, but the place is clean.
