Sushi Box

Great! Service was good not great, seemed like they had a long day. But the food was great. 6 people in our table and was over 8 across the table. Favorite was the Louisiana roll, recommend. House salad was good but the sauce wasn't one I'm used to, I LOVE the one from Hana Hibachi. Not expensive and great if you go as a group

The food here is awesome and fresh!! The volcano roll was absolutely my favorite!! Not too heavy despite the looks, flavorful, and just the right amount to order with other appetizers and dishes. Great service, my main reason for the 5 stars, lovely workers who made me feel welcomed and appreciated for dining in. Overall, had a wonderful experience almost that of a high-end restaurant, but affordable price! Thank you!! Definitely will be back again!

Flavors and freshness are there, but visually speaking this place needs some work. Rolls are inconsistently portioned. I’ve never seen an Alaskan roll with oddly cut pieces of salmon on top. A piece of our salmon roll had barely any fish compared to the other pieces. They used the wrong seaweed for our salmon roll(they used a hand roll seaweed instead of a sushi roll seaweed) and they don’t use sushi rice(it was regular rice and not sticky). We were surprised on how fast the rolls came out, but would’ve preferred to food to come out slower, so that presentation was better. It’s clear that the Japanese art of sushi is not here. It’s more like fast food sushi. This place is on the right track.
