Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ve been to this location multiple times with a good amount of time in between. Although the food is good, the service is what knocks down the stars. The staff seem absolutely clueless all around. At the last visit, which was last night, we were even given other tables food not once, but THREE times. Everyone at our table got their food at different times. Not 1-2 minutes difference, I’m talking 10-20 minutes difference with each plate that came out. I was the last one to get my 6 piece boneless wings, & everyone else was already done eating. Our server was nice, but I think her mind was elsewhere. We got wrong drinks 3-4 times, asked for silverware & napkins at least 2 times, & she didn’t ask us how we were doing more than once as she constantly passed our table. I feel for servers & understand the food industry can be hard, but it is your job to take care of your all your tables correctly & be on top of everything. Especially since your tip is the majority of your pay.

It’s our first time to visit BUFFALO WILD WINGS in general we haven’t been any of their location, Rockwall Texas location was very accommodating we had a good experience food was good , place is neat , good for date night and hangout with friends. I did not able to take a photo of our food cause we are so excited to dig in 😅. It just a little mistake on one of our order but it’s not a big of a deal we ordered onion rings instead of fries on the side but they serve us a fries, but the person who assist us was very nice he address the wrong order then he brought us a 2 plates of onion rings instead lol. Well it’s not just about the extra onion rings🙃 Over all experience is good chicken wings and burger was good we enjoyed it with my husband and leave them a clean plate. I’ll recommend this place to my friends. :)

I had a order placed online ONLY because there was an offer for a free dessert with purchase of $10. So I placed the qualifying items in my bag and the offer showed like the discount was applied but after putting in the card info and submitted the order I got charged full price. What a deceptive scam. This has happened in the past and I let it slide. I spent a while in the store trying to get a refund and the store manager said he had refunded but I checked my bank statement today and no such thing happened. The app stinks, the customer service stinks and the food isn't worth the price.

I have ordered from the Rockwall branch twice in the past month (1 via DoorDash which my order was approximately $75 and ALL ITEMS were wrong once delivered and 1 via calling in and picking up the order) Today I was shorted my order AGAIN! It seems like every time I order something happens with no response from Buffalo Wild Wings

This used to be my favorite go-to resturaunt ever. But now it seems like everything has changed. My son got his wings yesterday and there was barely any sauce on them. My wings were cold and looked like they weren't cooked long enough. Took ages to get my beer. Also, seems like the beers used to be alot colder. But I might be wrong. If you want napkins with your extra wet wings make sure you ask for them because they won't be provided, and neither will silverware.

Very slow service which is fine. Staff are friendly. I notice there are signs for no smoking or ecigs but while I waited 20 mins for my to go order to be completed I saw an employee in the kitchen smoking an ecig. I only noticed because of the large amount of smoke that he was blowing all over the station I assume he was working.

Boneless wings are always inconsistent in quality. On my last trip the Thai Curry Wings had almost zero sauce. Brought it to the attention of the manager working the to-go stand, was told that the Thai Curry Wings were made with a dry rub were supposed to look like that. 🙄 Um no, have gotten them 20 times before and never had dry wings --- that had no flavor on them at all, without the sauce btw. And the Mild wings -- I guess the kitchen just decided to provide a dipping pool for the sauce instead of actually putting it on the wings themselves. If there happens to be a next time, which I doubt, I'll apparently have to throw a full Karen-esque temper tantrum to have the food seasoned correctly. Ridiculous.
