Authentic pâtisserie ! I would say only the pricing is American because it tastes as good as in France . The location is great since its downtown Rockville, the cashiers and bakers are very knowledgeable of their products. A great franchise !
Yummy pastries and friendly service. Also, if they don't give you a receipt, your purchase is free. They have a relatively small selection here, but the quality is very good. My sister got a Napoleon and it was soft and tasty. Their chocolate almond croissant could have a bit more filling, but otherwise very good. Would come here again.
If you’re in the mood for danishes or croissants, you should consider this place! The bread looked so tasty, and the sweets my partner and I bought were delicious, with unexpectedly refined flavors. The croissant-wrapped hot dogs are great and juicy, and would be a good choice for adults and picky kids alike. The only downside is that it’s somewhat expensive, but it all definitely seems fresh and carefully prepared. If you’re in the area, consider Vie de France!
**This is a little bakery cafe that offers take out only, meaning that there's no dining tables inside** Variety of selections including croissants, cookies, brownies, cakes, and salads. They have the best sugar cookies in the world, although they get sold out so quickly that there usually aren't any left if I go in after 3-4pm. Delicious macarons for a good price too!(6 for 10 :). they used to be too hard sometimes, but now they are soft like they were just made)
I LOVE this place! I just moved to the area and I've been here several times already. Awesome choice for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. It helps that each time, I've been treated so well by the staff! (Keep it up guys! I love it!) Prices and food quality beat Starbucks by a long shot, imo. Tip for the restaurant: don't make the Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil sandwich a seasonal item, it's TOO GOOD! Lol 😂
Nice little European style bakery with a well rounded food and coffee menu.
Good thing this place isn't in St. Louis or I might be overconsuming calories. We have bakeries claiming to be French in St. Louis, but this one seems as authentic as can be, wow! My friend and I chose their mini almond Palmiers dusted with powdered sugar. Delicious, they never made it home! More than anything, I would recommend their muffin-shaped croissant... not sure what it is called but it has three separate, pull-apart sections: strawberry, chocolate and cream. We got the last one. No wonder they were cleaned out.
OMG I love this bakery. My X-Fiance took me here back when they first opened. We didn't buy anything then, but now my friend took me their a few times. I love their breakfast sausage egg & cheese croissant. Its soooo good. Their sandwiches, pastries I mean everything looks good really. The prices aren't that bad either. Oh forgot. Their orange juice is GREAT! Yeah I do recommend this place.
I liked my quiche and the cashier gave me steamed milk in my tea, a special request. Only gave 4 stars because the wifi didn't work. I used Starbucks WiFi instead.
Sinfully delicious. Would definitely recommend. The aromas are delightfully intoxicating. Wish I was there now. Their chocolate croissants are superb!
