My gift card failed to load when it was purchased for me, and the Starbucks App wasn't loading my info. It was 50% off any cold drunk after noon, but because the App wasn't working, I couldn't get the deal. However, the manager came over and used her info, and we got the deal! Thank you!

This is a very busy Starbucks. The quality of products and services is about typical for Starbucks. Wait time for online orders varies from 8 to 15 minutes in my experience, so a little forward planning makes for a seamless experience.

After being missing for 11 days we got a call from my phone saying it was turned in at Starbucks. We instantly drove over and found my phone which was presumably turned in the night prior. I was able to get my phone back thanks to the helpfullness of the staff. Funny thing really that day was the birthday of my mom and the barista that called us. Thanks again for the great staff and amazing drinks.
