I stopped in because I was working nearby and I'm glad that I did. I've driven past this place many times while on my way to the Movie Grill.
I got their jalapeno burger which is a special burger this month, it's called the double diablo and it was awesome! I also got a small order of fries with their green chili queso dip, which is $1 extra but worth it. They have a lot of yummy looking things on the menu and lots of choices.
I got the burger ($8.49), small fries ($2.89), and a large drink ($2.69). Total with tax was $15.09, which isn't too bad considering the food was very good.
They serve Coke products with 13 different selections, including fresh brewed iced tea.
The place was clean and the employees friendly.
Great food, service, and prices means value and a return trip for me. Next time I'm going to bring my wife.
Love Mooyah Bugers! I don't eat meat (I am not vegan, just have sensitive stomach) and they have a fabulous black bean burger... I can feel like I am having a real burger 😂 lol They have a great system for creating a burger just how you like: pick a protein, pick your bun, pick your cheese, pick your veggies, and pick your sauces = just perfect!
I don't leave reviews because I don't like to influence someone's decision... This is the Best burger and fries in the greater Sacramento area. The buns are made in house. The meat is delightful and higher quality than any other restaurant. Come eat here.
Reliable tasty burgers. Nothing fancy but tastes great. Love the fired chips. Good sauces. The service is always quick. Hearty and priced right!
The burger and fries are amazing. Juicy burger with a ton of flavor. And the fries don’t look like they are seasoned, but they sure do.
The shakes are made with real ice cream. I tried the Hershey chocolate one and it didn’t disappoint!!
The owner Moe was the one who took our order and delivered our food to the table. You really don’t see that these days. The atmosphere is very friendly! And he made it better!!

Mooyah's is our favorite burger joint, and I love bringing the family here when I'm lacking the energy to cook. Food is amazing, made with fresh and high quality ingredients, and very reasonably priced.
Shout out to Jacob who was working the register and was wonderful with my shy 8 year old. He was able to make her feel comfortable and confident enough to place her own order.
Over the last year this restaurant has really declined. The burgers are still tasty, but the restaurant is very dirty. The floors have food on them and the tables and chairs are never wiped down. The booths are in dire need of repair. I have never seen anyone out cleaning the dining room or interacting with the customer after the initial order. I felt really gross 🤢 after I left last Friday.
If you're looking for the best burger in town, look no further ! I've been to my fair share of burger joints, but this place takes the cake. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The buns are soft and fluffy, and the toppings are fresh and generous

Great tasting burgers that are high quality and have fresh ingredients. Nice 1/4 lb Angus beef. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had. Fries are real potatoes and have option for sweet potatoes fries too. Shakes are made with real ice cream, thick and smooth.
Had a great experience at this restaurant today with my wife. I got the turkey burger with ranch and bbq sauce was soooo good. They make the buns there and all the meat is fresh and top notch. I love this place! Also the fries are made from fresh potatoes and come out perfectly every time. We have been going to this particular Moo Yah for the past three years and have always got great service. It’s pretty fast but certainly not fast food. Love it.

A few of us went to Mooyah yesterday and our first time was a great experience. The owner was very friendly and helped walk us through creating our own burgers. The food came up quickly and the portion sizes were quite large. For example, my wife and I got a "Shareable" portion of the fries and it was indeed enough for two of us. The burgers were delicious and we all left the trays empty.
One of our friends got their sweet potato fries and their individual portion of fries was enough to share some with me as well. I got a 1/4 LB patty with the Blue Cheese on there and it was probably one of the better examples of a Blue Cheese pucks I have had on a burger. My wife got a BBQ burger and the sauce was sweet and savory. The burgers were properly cooked and still juicy.
They definitely earned this 5 Star Review from me. The photos are not the best, but we were hungry and wanted to enjoy the burgers while they were still nice and hot. We were also told to download the app because next week is their BOGO promotion, so we will be back for that.
