This was my first time here. The food was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was calming. Our waitress was both fun and professional and you could tell she clearly loves her job. I'd definitely come here again.

Amazing experience here. The food is phenomenal along with the service and atmosphere. I love taking out-of-town guests here.

What an incredible dinner. The cocktails are delightful and well made. The wine selection is incredible. We had 4 apps (2 salads, quail, octopus) and 4 entrees (skate, steak, tuna, pork). It was plenty for all four of us. Dessert included the s'mores dish and creme brulee. Look ahead and get a reservation here so you don't miss out!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Everything was outstanding; the flavors were absolutely beautiful, the service was friendly and warm with a nice touch of humor. Such a treat. Lucky me.

Fantastic experience tonight! Every dish we tried was delicious and the service was superb. Our server Justin made excellent recommendations and was very attentive. He was clearly passionate about the food and cocktail menu which made us excited to try his suggestions! Our favorites were the Pizza AL Forno appetizer and the Sunbather cocktail.

Went for the oyster Sunday afternoon. It was an absolutely beautiful afternoon of amazing drinks and food, fantastic oysters, and a menu of small plates that blew us away. Unique and delicious...grilled fig toast with goat cheese and bacon ridiculous, pork slider with peach chutney, amazing complex yet simple. So. Many. Flavors.
Cheers Primo, and thanks!

Primo is one of our favorite places, we have been coming the past two summers from Massachusetts specifically to dine at primo, this summer we made it our weekend dining place for dinners and grabbed a late lunch on Sunday for their live music and small plate offerings which we hadn’t been able to go to before. For dinner We shared a couple apps and a pasta to start and tried a few entrees during both our visits. We love the experience of a more laid back fine dining experience with high quality food. They grow everything that is served and that alone is impressive and a labor of love/passion which makes it worth every penny. Service is always exceptional we had Dunkan the first couples of times we ever went to primo and his recommendations and service made it a memorable first time. this summer we had Ed the first night very personable gentleman and great conversation, followed by Lexi the second night, she was attentive without being intrusive and had a great personality as well. You can tell at primo everyone that comes to the table to drop off food or water just enjoys what they do & are knowledgeable about everything they serve and you can see they also work very hard to make sure patrons have a great experience.
We hope to do many more visits in the future, who knows maybe we will return again this summer! Thank you to Chef Melissa and her team for always sending out beautiful and delicious food every single time! :)

I am on the fence with our experience. It was a great meal, the atmosphere was ok and over all we had a good time. We ordered the scialatelli with lobster, but I have the impression that it was more like bucatini. It was thick pasta, didn’t taste great and the sauce was watery not creamy. The soft shell crab was good, so were the squash blossoms, best dish over all was the branzino, which I believe is not a local Maine fish. There was no Somm on our visit and the waiter helped us with our wine selection, at the end he encouraged us to choose to our liking, considering the prices, we would have preferred a more professional advisory. Cheese platter and dessert were good, would have appreciate to identify the cheeses and in what order to taste them. Over all, I would not drive 3h to eat here, like we did, but if you are in the area and want to eat a good meal with a good setting, table cloth dressed table and a wide selection of wines, this is by far the best place to be.

Came here after seeing the restaurant on No Reservations. It was the ideal restaurant for our honeymoon. Drove up from Portland, Me and it was well worth it. Entrees, appetizers and desserts were fantastic. The Pork Chop was the best Pork Chop I've ever had in my life. My wife ordered the steak and it was phenomenal as well.

A great culinary experience! Not shown the pizza “appetizer” is large and definitely for a table of six to share but also was extremely excellent. Everything was excellent to the last bite.
