Ordered popcorn chicken. Received barbecue popcorn chicken. “Did you have the barbecue chicken?” No just plain. (kid won’t eat rolled in barbecue sauce) Gives it anyway “Have a great day.” shuts window. Ma’am we ordered the popcorn chicken not the barbecue popcorn chicken.” “Oh you didn’t want the barbecue?” Gives me a large popcorn chicken. Earlier handed me a juice box no straw. ma’am can we get a straw? is there not one in there? (show her the box) - rolls eyes and gives me a straw. it took them 30 minutes to serve three drive thru customers. maybe six customers on site. counted 3 employees on site. The covid short staffed issue is still an issue here. I will not be calling the 800 number to speak with the franchise owner. Do not recommend.

Dropped in here for a tea and tator tots. Took 30 minutes to get order and tators were cold. There were only 4 cars qhen I arrived.

They never want your money.. or at least cash....and the night staff is rachet....never works untill proper time like a normal business... Pulled up last night, " welcome to sonic we are only serving drinks" " what can I get you"? Lol nothing

This is the worst place in Rockingham NC to eat. Tried the new burger and the meat was like cardboard. tried to contact the manager Mellissa Mack, still no reply. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

The wait time for the food was way to long but when you go through the drive through, its quite fast. The food is okay but not the best.
