Much improved since last time. Early evening, all trays were full, staff ready to take orders. Dining room needed a little attention but overall it was much better than a few months ago.

I arrived at 8:15. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. When I got up to the front they barely had any dishes because they said they stopped cooking at 8:30. I was there before 8:30 so I couldn't understand why there was no food. such a disappointment like always. this is not the first second or third time at this point I am done with Panda Express you all really need to get it together.

Basically, no vegetarian options. ALL the menu options I tried (5 different items) had too much salt. I didn't like the taste of any of it. Brown rice not an option. Service was very good

Horrible customer service. I'm a diabetic who can't process aspartame, so I'm very limited in what I can drink when I eat at restaurants. They have Fresh Brewed Iced Tea on the menu there. I specifically ordered the Iced Tea, was asked what size, and given a cup, the girl then pointed to the drink station. Only issue, there is no Iced Tea at the station. When I asked about it I was told they don't have Iced Tea and I'll need to drink something else. I advised the only other thing I can drink is water, and I'm not paying $2.50 for water. They refused to refund me for the drink, the manager even said "I can't refund you just because we don't have what you want." even though it's what they sold me. Ended up leaving without a drink or refund. Will never give this company my business again. I work in Customer Service and was actually offended by how badly they handle customer service.

I really like the orange chicken and ramen. I am now eating healthier and haven't ate fast food in awhile. I really enjoyed the tray for orange chicken and ramen with the chopped up sides in the ramen while it lasted. I like their other entrees and think they taste good as a Chinese restaurant. Orders weren't wrong much at all from what I remember!

The quality and portions needs to be worked on. My chow mein is always burnt with eye watering ash and I kept getting starch and no meat on my chicken. Most food is under a heat lamp for far too long. I kept having to return my food to have them do it right. It could be better honestly.

They are normally better but the last 2 times I’ve had lots of nasty dark meat chicken and they use more cabbage than actual noodles witch no one wants

Used to be a good location, not so much anymore. The last couple times I've gone there they seem way more interested in filling online orders than taking the orders of the people standing in line. Went there today and ended up walking out in frustration. Finally got through a long line and before taking my order they again started filling online orders. Stood there as patiently as possible for a good 5 minutes before getting fed up. Needless to say I won't be visiting this location any longer. They seriously need to work on their customer service.
