While driving to Nevada from Denver, my road trip party and I pulled off to enjoy some food at Bonsai. I read a bunch of reviews that said their sushi was good, and I had to try it out for myself, seeing as Bonsai is in Wyoming and thus not near the sea. I needed to know if their sushi was as fresh as claimed. I have to say that it was pretty darn good ! The service was a bit slow, and it was a tad bit expensive, but I understand that it was expensive because it has to be shipped in. If I ever find myself back in Wyoming with a sushi craving, I would definitely go back. I forgot to take a pic of the menu and thus I forgot what rolls we ordered. They are shown below.

Delightful treat for Saturday dinner. We had sushi and a poo poo platter, hot and sour soup and hot tea. Green River sushi was delicious .

The service was great, our waiter was very funny and had a great attitude. The food was really good. I will definitely go back.
