We ordered online, big mistake. They got the whole order wrong. We did call back, and they offered to re-make it. So we had to drive all the way back to get it re-made... We told them to not start making it until we were in the store, to prevent spitting in it. Highly suggest not to order subs online from Subway or any other sub place, except for Firehouse... they get it right every time. Pics are of the wrong subs, we piled them up and threw out for the animals. Edit: The young man working on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 was Very nice and apologized. Made the order right, gave 3 free macadamia nut cookies, and carried it out to the car for us. A true gentleman. There was no manager there that night, he explained they were super busy, 50 something orders in one hour, with only him and another employee working.

This is the location I prefer in RockHill. The order is alway right, staff is courteous, and the facility is clean.
This evening I went in at 5 minutes to closing and was still greeted with a pleasant “Welcome to SubWay”.
All of the staff I have had interaction with have been pleasant. The young man that waited on me the previous time (he was in training) and then tonight is especially polite. He is tall, slim, and wears glasses. I wish I had noticed his name. The server ID on the receipt says “Served by 8896”.
Whoever the owner is would do well to have a store full of him, and his parents have every right be very proud.

This subway would not take cash from me, a friend and I went in ordered, they made my sandwich and was half way done making my friends, I only had a 100 dollar bill to pay, they would not accept it, they did not say that change was not available, and young lady at register, was smiling and even seemed entertained, by the situation, I was under impression that cash could not be refused, but after researching alittle, that it is legal to refuse cash and that subway is one business that leads the way, in this trend, I handed back the sandwich, and went to Burger King which happily accepted my 100 dollar bill, also High fat foods like lunch meat are a major contributor to cancer in humans, maybe they did me a favor!!!

This subway makes me sad. Skip this subway and go two minutes down the road to the family owned subway!!! It's is sooo much better there! It's right next to Italian garden!
The girls working here at this location are horribly mean. I mean, seriously they are. Even though they have basically all new employees every other month, the attitudes don't change. They have really stinky attitudes. And I'm always nice, so it's uncalled for!! One girl basically laughed me out of the door (smirking the whole time) bc I tried using a coupon. Hey girl, times are tough! And whenever we order online, they pretty much completely ignore the way that we want our sandwiches to be and just put whatever on them. It's not worth it.

Where do I even start?! First of all, they fixed my husband sub completely wrong and didn't even heat the bacon!!!! Had to get them to redo his sandwich twice before it was right. Also, my mom got a roasted chicken salad and when we sat down it had ham, so needless to say we had to get that fixed too. While I was expressing my frustration with the guy ringing up our food, he said they can't do refunds because there was not a manager there at the time. The employees didn't even act like they cared and had zero personality. The one employee also ate the sandwich that he messed up on and took the salad home that was messed up as well. Almost makes me think that they intentionally made it wrong. I will never go back to this location. We spent $45 here and got absolutely horrible service and the food was very mediocre.
