Subway

After having them bring an order out to my handicap van in the parking lot on three separate vacations in the past, this young lady on the phone told me that they would absolutely not do that and then hung up on me. I will not tolerate such attitude. I will take my business and handicap van elsewhere.

Placed an online order. Got there and was given a bad attitude by the girl who rudely told me “online orders are all off the rack.” I grab my order and drive home and realize that they didn’t include the cookies or my drink. I live in Columbia so it wasn’t like I could pick it up. I called the store to see if they can give me a refund on my card since it was online, and was told to come back for a replacement. Told them I live in Columbia and they said they couldn’t do much about that but will call me back. Will not go back.

Ordered a sub online on Sunday 5/09/21, and paid online. When I got there to pick it up, they were closed. This was at 12:05pm. I work at the hospital and only have a short time for lunch. Having wasted my time there, I had to settle for a pack of crackers I had in my locker. Called the next day, and was told I could come by one day and they would make my order and give it to me. I went today 5/11/21 and had them make my order. When I got to the checkout, I explained the situation, and was told the amount had been credited to my card. Had they given me that option, I would not have wasted my time going by there. Again. Sub Station II is better anyway, so I will drive a little further and go there from now on.
