2 time here this year and both times i have had the best service ! This subway offers to chop salad and is friendly! Really great ladies here today and last time !

Though sometimes short staffed, I have always had pleasant experiences with the employees at this Subway. Unfortunately this location no longer offers daily deals, making the cheapest 6" sub about $6.50 -- that's a bit more than I am willing to pay for a Subway sandwich.

I visited this store yesterday for lunch and there was only 1 employee in the entire store doing everything. She said she was new, did not really know how to use the register yet, and the other employee had left over an hour early right before an expected rush. Wow. She made my order correctly, followed COVID rules, and was extremely pleasant; that store does not deserve her. I asked to cash out the small balance on my gift card and she said she didn't know how to do that and offered to call her manager. The manager told her they don't do that. I spoke to the manager on the phone and advised her of the law requiring businesses to cash out all gift cards under $5 upon request, and she told me that laws don't apply to this store. Uhhhh, OK. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office, so it remains to be seen if that's true or not. It has me wondering what other laws they're breaking, and how many customers they have stolen from in the process. The manager was very rude and she apparently also gave the employee a hard time on the phone, at least that's how it appeared watching only one side of the conversation. It's too bad, that employee was they only thing they had going for them at that moment. Subway has been disappointing me for years now, especially the Washington state locations.

If i could give zero stars i would. Rude staff, no hair nets ot hats being worn while making sandwhiches. There was only white bread and half of the veggies werent available.

Exceptionally good. In my opinion, Subway finally hit the jackpot with their new Melts sandwiches. I was also fortunate, because the person preparing the sandwich was passionate and knowledgeable. I had two steak melts and one disappeared in the first 3 minutes but the second one was the surprise. Because after 4 hours it still smell and taste fantastic. 👍

Been here 2 times. One time they had no lettuce, and with about 7 customers waiting in line, one new lady made every single sandwich (very slowly, although she was trying her best) while another employee cleaned and shuffled stuff around. The other employee was offering no assistance when clearly the new girl was VERY overwhelmed. Then 3 weeks later, I go again, and they have no bread. How does subway not have bread?!? Clearly needs new management at this location.

Strive as good as can be, girl stated she just started ad first opening shift.
We went to order and they only had 2 breads to choose, could choose pepper jack, didn't have peppers, and if I wanted a meal or redeem my Survey cookies I couldn't because they didn't have any, nor any teas.
Bless the lady's heart, but I'd more chalk this up to poor management. Why would u put a new hire by themselves to open.
Just disappointing I could not get everything I wanted. So essentially wasted trip and wasted money.
But again the lady who served was extremely nice, but the poor lady was super nervous.
